We expect most in-stock orders to ship within 7 to 10 business days. If an item is on backorder, a member of our customer service team will reach out to you. We will send you a tracking number when your order ships.

If you are sending individual shipments to multiple addresses, additional charges will apply. A customer service representative will contact you with a quote for shipping and handling.

IMPORTANT: Please provide a detailed shipping address, including suite number, floor, and/or an apartment number if applicable. Shipping addresses that are incorrect or fail to include the floor/suite/apt # are subject to address correction charges imposed by the carrier, and will be billed back to your credit card.

Credit card orders that are changed to Cost Center orders will incur a 3% charge due to the credit card processing fee.

Additional shipping charges apply for orders shipping outside the continental United States, such as freight, duties, VAT, broker fees, etc. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days. If you have a rush order and require express shipping, please email mail@stweed.com with the order number and authorization to ship express. Include your "need by" date in the Special Instructions box. If possible, group items to take advantage of the discounted rate for shipments over 140 lbs. For credit card orders, the additional international charges will be charged to your credit card. We will request your approval via email prior to shipping.

Corporate orders are shipped on the Scarborough & Tweed UPS account and will be charged on your invoice. If you would like a shipping quote before we ship your order, please write the following text in the Special Instructions box: “Contact me with a shipping quote before shipping my order.” Please allow 24 hours to receive your quote.

Up to 6 pieces of standard logo merchandise in new condition, with tags intact, may be returned within 10 days for a company store credit or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on custom orders. Program orders over 6 pieces are considered custom and cannot be returned. While Supplies Last items cannot be returned. Proof of purchase and a return authorization form is required for returns. Refunds are not available.

We are unable to make changes or additions to your order after it has been processed. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  • What do the holiday cards cost?
    Holiday cards are sold in packs of 25. Quantity discounts are available. The prices are as follows:
    1. pack: $93.06 per pack
    2. packs: $64.02 per pack
    3. packs: $55.07 per pack
    4. packs: $50.60 per pack
  • Can I customize my cards?
    Yes, you can add a customized message on the inside of the holiday card along with a Financial Advisor or team name. The cover and back of card are not customizable.
  • Can I customize the envelope?
    Yes, envelopes can be customized with a return address for an additional $25. Otherwise, envelopes are blank.
  • When do the holiday cards ship?
    The print cards are made to order. Please allow for 10-14 days for production upon manager approval of the proof. Once production is complete, the cards will ship.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will receive a UPS or DHL tracking notification when your order ships.

  • What does the Holiday 2024 Calendar cost?
    The 2024 global holiday calendar is $3.15 each, excluding shipping.
  • Can I customize the holiday calendar?
    No, the holiday calendars are not customizable.
  • When do items ship?
    All pre-ordered calendars will begin shipping in mid- to late-November.
  • Can I track my calendar order?
    Yes, you will receive a UPS or DHL  tracking notification when your order ships.
