Standard orders will be shipped within 7-8 business days, except certain items such as Diaries and Planners, customized items, custom greeting cards, etc. Standard logo merchandise in new condition up to 100 pieces may be returned within 10 days for merchandise credit or exchange only. We are unable to offer refunds. Program orders over 100 pieces are considered custom and cannot be returned. We are unable to accept returns on custom merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for returns.
